• Reports to: Partner
• Experience: Strong background in defendant personal injury, property damage, or subrogated recoveries. Partners looking for robust litigators. Any experience in insurance coverage would also be useful.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist a highly regarded Partner in property damage and injury work.
• Review documents and prepare draft advices.
• Prepare draft advices on coverage issues.
• Conduct thorough investigations.
• Instruct counsel and experts.
• Conduct legal research and document searches.
• Attend client meetings, strategy discussions, and conferences.
