Our client is continuing to build their commercial insurance litigation team in Birmingham. We’re recruiting Solicitors or Legal Executives at various levels to handle a diverse range of cases, including property damage, subrogated recoveries, and coverage disputes stemming from insured perils such as fire and flood damage. The team also tackles product liability and complex litigation related to insurance coverage.
