Solicitor / Legal Executive – Commercial Insurance Litigation in Bristol or Manchester

Our client is keen to attract skilled litigators with a passion for handling complex commercial insurance litigation work. This leading commercial insurance team specialises in property liability / property damage work as well as advising on coverage.  We’re keen to speak with  experienced solicitors or legal executives to join our client’s established teams in Bristol or Manchester.

Summary

• Job Title: Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Location: Bristol / Manchester
• Salary: Up to £72,500
• Work Pattern: Hybrid working available (1 day in office, 4 days WFH)
• Reports to: Partner
• Experience: Previous property damage / recoveries experience would be ideal. However, the Partners have been willing to consider other skill sets such as professional indemnity / professional negligence or personal injury or RTA or EL/PL Fraud with a view to a potential retrain.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical, high-profile disputes involving property-related insurance matters, including property damage defended liability claims, high-value complex property loss subrogation, policy coverage, and insurance fraud.
• Work closely with lead Partners on varied, high-quality caseloads while contributing to the development and management of the team.
• Develop and manage client relationships, contributing to overall client service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experienced litigators with proven expertise in property damage or property liability. Candidates with expertise in professional indemnity or other areas of commercial insurance are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to contribute to team evolution and development.
