Job Details:

• Job Title: In-House Lawyer
• Location: London | Manchester
• Salary: Up to £115,000
• Reports to: Head of Risk
• Previous Experience: Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales and expertise in advising on Data Privacy Law.

About the Team:
You will collaborate with In-House Legal Counsel, Risk Lawyers, and Business Acceptance professionals, reporting to the Director of Risk to enhance data protection measures and addressing cybersecurity risks, client audits, and data subject access requests. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the IT security and privacy strategy.
• Driving continuous improvement in compliance.
• Implementing and maintaining policies.
• Conducting compliance assessments.
• Designing and delivering internal training programs.
