Litigation Executive / Paralegal – Manchester – Our client is a leading defendant insurance law firm with a rapidly expanding credit hire team which is set to increase its credit hire presence market. The opportunity will suit someone with a sound grasp of all aspects of credit hire work and who is looking for a team where they can make a real mark.

  • Salary: £25,000 – £35,000
  • Work pattern: 2 days in office / 3 days from home
  • Reports to: Head of Credit Hire
  • Previous Experience: Candidates must have proven experience of litigated credit hire. The successful candidate will handle a range of work including complex credit hire work so they must have commensurate experience.

The Head of Credit Hire at this leading national and international firm has embarked on an ambitious growth strategy. As part of this new initiative, plans have been laid out for a recruitment campaign to attract the right talent who are looking to build a long-term career in credit hire.

Full range of Credit Hire work available

The Credit Hire team handles pre-litigated and litigated work at all levels of complexity. It worth noting that the team takes cases all the way to the Court of Appeal and is responsible for a number of recent precedent-setting judgments.

The team also recently won a new tender which will result in more complex high-value credit work coming to the Manchester team. The hiring manager ideally requires candidate with some degree of credit hire experience.
