2-4 PQE | This recognised US law firm is recruiting an experienced Leverage Finance Lawyer to join its leading international practice in London.
The team acts for financial institutions, funds, and major corporates on a broad range of transactions and is known for its solution-driven and commercially aware approach. The firm regularly act on transactions in the European, Asian, and U.S. markets.

Previous Experience: Experience in Leveraged Finance, ideally including incurrence technology
