Corporate Solicitor (5+ PQE) – This leading Corporate team is seeking a talented Senior Associate with a focus on transactions and experience acting for leading insurers, reinsurers, MGAs, brokers, capital providers, private equity funds, management teams and trade bodies.
The team is at the forefront of M&A, private equity, reinsurance, and regulatory advisory work, with a strong presence in the Lloyd’s of London market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-profile mandates involving M&A, private equity investments, reinsurance transactions, and Part VII transfers.
- Work closely with top insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and capital providers.
- Manage deals from start to finish, providing legal and commercial solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives.
- Contribute to business development and identify commercial opportunities.
You will have Expertise in:
- Corporate insurance with strong transactional experience.
- Lloyd’s syndicate financings
- Proven ability to manage complex deals and work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
