PERSONAL INJURY ASSOCIATE / SENIOR ASSOCIATE – MULTI TRACK RTA – MANCHESTER
Associate / Senior Associate Manchester – The team is looking for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate with roughly 4PQE +. However, the team have made it clear that this is only an indication and they will consider all levels of PQE.
INTRODUCTION TO ROLE

- Reports to: Partner / Head of Department
- Expertise: Ideally RTA and / or EL/PL experience. The successful candidate will be handling a caseload of which the majority will be complex multi track RTA with some fast track and multi track EL/PL. Multi track RTA experience is not strictly necessary. The team is looking for bright candidates with strong academics with a strong technical background in defendant insurance and strong leadership skills.
STRONG TECHNICAL BACKGROUND IN DEFENDANT INSURANCE LITIGATION
The team is ideally looking for someone with a strong technical background in defendant insurance litigation. The vast majority of the work is multi track RTA with some fast track and multi track EL/PL. The successful candidate will be working with key clients of the team who expect a high level of service. The head of department is therefore looking for confident, accomplished, technical litigators who can develop relationships and uphold high service levels.
Ideally, they are looking for an experienced Solicitor or Associate with at least 4 PQE or above. It should be stressed that PQE levels are only given as an indication so if you have a significantly higher level of PQE, we would still be interested in hearing from you.
EXPERIENCE OF LEADING AND MENTORING TEAM
As well as a strong technical legal background, the team is also looking to attract a candidate with experience of leading and mentoring more junior fee earners. This is not an absolute pre-requisite, but would be an advantage.
