An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded, Tier 1 ranked Real Estate team in Manchester.
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £78,000
PQE: 1+
The Role
The team acts for major UK and international investors, developers and property owners on sophisticated, high-value transactions, including significant multi-million-pound investment and development matters.
You will gain broad exposure across commercial real estate, including major development projects, investment transactions, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, property finance and commercial landlord and tenant work.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious junior real estate lawyer looking to develop within a leading national and international practice while benefiting from high-quality work, strong client exposure and excellent long-term career prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate assets and portfolios
- Supporting major development and investment transactions, including retail, office and mixed-use schemes
- Advising investors and developers on a broad range of transactional real estate matters
- Handling commercial landlord and tenant work and wider asset management matters
- Supporting property finance transactions
- Developing direct relationships with clients and contributing to business development initiatives
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 1+ PQE in commercial real estate
- Experience gained within a recognised Real Estate practice
- Strong transactional, drafting and technical skills
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and client-facing ability
- Able to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to client demands
- Enthusiastic about developing client relationships and contributing to business development
