Property Litigation Solicitor Liverpool – This highly-respected Liverpool-based real estate litigation team is looking to hire a property litigator who they can bring real experience and gravitas to the team. They are looking for a talented litigator with a proven background in contentious real estate.

INTRODUCTION TO ROLE

• Job Title: Associate – 3PQE +
• Location: Liverpool
• Salary: £50,000 – £65,000
• Reports to: Partner
• Previous experience: Proven experience from a respected regional team or boutique practice

EXPERIENCED SOLICITOR NEEDED

This is a vacancy for a solicitor with 3PQE +. As such, the successful applicant will be expected to hit the ground running handling a pre-existing caseload whilst assisting Directors and Partners. The team handles instructions from a wide variety of clients including developers, commercial industry, retail as well as the public sector.
