Property Damage Solicitor – This property damage handles the full range of commercial insurance disputes including complex property damage matters as well as coverage disputes. The team also handles high-value subrogated recoveries. The Partners are looking for a Senior Associate to help add further gravitas and shape the team.

- Reports to: Partner
- Experience: Seeking candidates at all PQE levels with litigation experience, particularly in property damage and subrogated recoveries.
Property Damage work
A good deal of the work including:
- Instructions from a range of insured perils such as fire and flood damage;
- High-value construction-related disputes;
- Intricate cases involving assets stolen through fraud, involving injunctive relief. This includes work for corporate crime insurers.

Unlike specialised teams, our client’s department is structured so lawyers gain exposure to a wide range of litigation. You might advise on property damage one day and handle a subsidence matter or a party wall dispute the next.
There is also an opportunity to supervise and mentor more junior lawyers in the team.
