Claims Handler / Litigation Executive / Paralegal – This is an excellent role for a bright, ambitious paralegal or claims handler with a proven litigation background. The role sits within the property damage and liability team in the Bristol office of this major law firm. Previous experience in property damage would be a clear advantage.

Full range of property damage work from fast track to more complex claims
Reporting into a Senior Associate and a Partner, the successful candidate will carry a caseload of subrogated recovery matters. Cases will be progressed from pre-litigation stage all the way through to settlement or litigation as required. These cases vary in value and complexity, from low value cases to multi-million-pound disputes.
Property damage / subrogated experience is obviously preferred but the Partners have stated they will consider other skill sets. Other attributes include:
- A sound understanding of pre-litigation and litigation procedures.
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
- Self-motivated and adept at problem-solving
- Excellent attention to detail
