The role
The team provides the highest quality guidance to its clients advising on a mixture of Private Client matter matters.
You will be responsible for leading and managing a Private Client team: As well as:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the department.
- Mentoring, supervising, and developing team members
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients,
- Handling a caseload of complex and high-value private client matters
The Ideal Candidate
You will have demonstrable experience in managing a team of legal professionals, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Additionally, you will have a strong business development background, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
You will ideally have a client following and be able to hit the ground running.
