Location: Bristol | Experience: NQ–5 PQE | Hybrid Working
If you are a talented personal injury lawyer with particular expertise in EL/PL, we would like to hear from you. This Bristol-based personal injury team advises on the full range of EL/PL matters including high-value catastrophic injury.
What makes the role different, is that lawyers within the team also gain exposure to regulatory work including product law, and inquest work. You do not need regulatory experience to apply, just a keep interest in this area of law.
What you’ll do
- Manage defendant EL/PL claims, including fast-track, multi-track, and catastrophic injury cases
- Advise major corporate clients in complex litigation
- Support on HSE investigations, regulatory matters, and inquests
- Work closely with senior partners on strategy and client care
