Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse evidence to form case strategies on liability and quantum
- Manage a caseload of Small Claims Track cases, ensuring Court deadlines are met..
- Liaise with Counsel and guide Defendants through litigation.
- Prepare Court documents and comply with deadlines.
- Conduct effective telephone negotiations for case settlements.
- Proof and draft witness statements.
About You
You will have gained experience in law through education or practice and have some file handling experience in a law practice.
