Personal Injury Paralegal / Legal Executive / Solicitor (EL/PL) – Bolton
Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal – Leading team looking for experienced EL/PL fee earner with defendant experience. The role will involve managing a delegated caseload with mostly fast track and multi track work up to £100,000.

- Previous experience: Defendant litigated EL/PL fast track experience would be ideal, though small claims litigation will be considered. Claimant experience will also be considered.
Mix of litigated work including fast-track and multi-track up to £100K
The successful candidate will enjoy access to a vast range of work ranging from fast track to multi track. Prospective candidates do not need to possess experience of multi track work, though demonstrable litigated experience is essential.
Variety of work from major insurance firms and corporates
The Casualty Team works for an impressive list of clients ranging from household insurance companies to major ‘blue chip’. This is a fantastic chance to gain experience on a broad range of work.
Because of the way the team is structured, fee earners are encouraged to progress. Although the role is mainly to handle a fast track EL/PL caseload, there will also be the opportunity to gain multi track experience on cases up to £100,000.
