Work involves everything from benefit change projects to restructurings and winding up.

Pensions Solicitor / Associate – introduction

• Location: Manchester
• Salary: £50,000 +
• Reports to: Partner
• Previous Experience: Ideally a broad range of experience of pensions work including advising trustees as well as corporate clients. Everything from benefit change projects to restructurings and winding-up. Litigation experience would also be ideal.

They advise a raft of stellar corporate clients including ‘blue chip’ organisations on a range of matters from scheme valuation and funding solutions to significant buy-in / buy-out projects. The team also advises on complex pensions litigation.

Technical ability couples with practical approach

The team is inviting applications from a broad range of PQE. Ideally you will have experience from a reputable regional or national practice or a specialist boutique firm. Experience advising corporate entities would be ideal. A thorough grasp of the technical aspects of pensions work is wanted coupled with a commercial, pragmatic solution-orientated approach.
