- Expertise: Ideally proven experience of insurance litigation with strong academics. No need for previous catastrophic injury or large loss experience.
Work with lead Partner on range of highly complex injury work
You will work with a highly experienced Partner based in the Liverpool office of our client.
This team specialises in complex EL/PL and RTA injury work anywhere from £100K to £1m+ in terms of value. The successful applicant will work on a range of files for major ‘blue chip’ insurance clients assisting experienced catastrophic injury lawyers.
Impressive variety of catastrophic injury work on offer
Clients range from ‘tier 1’ insurers to leading corporates, promising a huge variety of work. You will develop knowledge concerning the technical aspects of a given case, such as:
- drafting court documents;
- assessing medical reports;
- instructing counsel;
- preparing trial bundles;
- attending court.
