- Reports to: Partner / Team Leader
- Experience: Minimum 12 months of personal injury paralegal experience handling EL/PL cases, including slips and trips, accidents at work, and other related claims.
Personal injury paralegal – more about the role
- Proven experience in managing an Employers Liability (EL) or Public Liability (PL) caseload, whether in small claims, fast track, or multi-track.
- Expertise in handling personal injury claims involving workplace accidents, public liability, and complex injury cases.
- Strong client care skills and ability to communicate effectively with both clients and legal teams.
Range of EL/PL cases up to multi track
- Manage your own caseload of delegated and non-delegated fast track with some multi-track EL/PL cases up to £100,000.
- Work alongside a Partner on high-value, complex matters, gaining exposure to catastrophic injury and large loss cases.
- Draft court documents, handle disputed liability, causation, and technical legal issues.
- Provide exceptional client care and build strong relationships with in-house legal teams.
- Mentor junior paralegals and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
