Office 365 Product Manager – Liverpool (flexible / remote working available)

Office 365 (“O365”) Product Manager – An exciting opportunity has arisen at this highly regarded law firm for an ambitious subject matter expert in Office 365. The successful applicant will guide product development and user adoption throughout the global user network to increase efficiencies and improve user experience.

Role and responsibilities

  • Job title: O365 Product Manager
  • Location: Liverpool – flexible / hybrid remote working available
  • Salary: £Excellent – top market rate + benefits package
  • Reports to: Head of IT Delivery and Change
  • Previous Experience: Excellent knowledge of all O365 apps; experience of implementing solutions based on apps in SharePoint online and Teams, including document libraries; strong information management and document management skills; proven experience of dealing with stakeholders.

Established PMO set for further expansion

Our client is a leading law firm with an established PMO, which is set for further expansion. The IT Delivery and Change team have embarked on a significant firm-wide roadmap to upgrade and consolidate the company’s tech in line with its overall business strategy. Part of this roadmap involves leveraging products such as O365 to their fullest and identifying opportunities where O365 features will complement the needs of the firm.

The overall goal is to further increase efficiencies and encourage best practices throughout the firm, so lawyers and fee earners can provide their legal services in the best way possible. As such, the successful applicant has a real opportunity to genuinely affect and improve the way this global firm services its clients by identifying, planning and assisting with the delivery of O365 products.

The Delivery and Change team already consists of a dynamic network of IT professional based across the various international offices of the firm in the UK, mainland Europe and Asia. The team is responsible for everything from day-to-day support to cyber security and innovation and development. They have access to the latest technologies and are constantly in the process of identifying ways of giving the firm the edge over the competition.

A strong team player

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of O365 apps with experience of implementing solutions based on apps in SharePoint online and Teams. They will be a creative, strategic thinker, excellent communicator with the motivation and enthusiasm to make a real positive impact. The successful applicant will be working with solution architects, developers as well as key stakeholders. They will be expected to take ownership of the O365 roadmap and drive O365 adoption across the firm.
