RTA SOLICITOR MULTI TRACK – MANCHESTER

Multi track RTA Manchester – The complex multi track team of this leading practice is looking for a bright solicitor or associate to join the department. Applicants will ideally have defendant experience though claimant will also be considered. Strong academics are crucial.

• Reports to: Partner / Head of Department
• Expertise: NQ +; strong academics are crucial. Any experience of multi track work would be useful. Candidates will be considered from a claimant and defendant background.

EXPERIENCE OF OGDEN TABLES

The team undertakes a caseload of RTA and EL/PL files, though the majority are RTA. All the matters are complex in nature and therefore require a sound technical understanding of the law including aspects such as the Ogden Tables.

Defendant experience is preferable, though claimant experience will also be considered. The key is a solid appreciation of the litigation process coupled with the ability to think on one’s feet. The team advises a number of key clients of the firm and it is necessary to build strong relationships with those in-house legal teams.
