- Location: Birmingham or Newport
- Salary: Up to £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)
- Experience: Solicitor Claimant or Defendant with RTA experience
Managing a caseload of complex motor cases
- Manage your own caseload of RTA claims (fast & multi-track)
- Draft pleadings, instruct counsel and attend strategic case conferences
- Analyse expert medical and liability evidence to drive successful outcomes
- Collaborate with senior solicitors on high-profile litigation
