File handler – Birmingham – This leading firm is hiring within its Motor team. This role requires an experienced Paralegal / File handler to deal with litigated motor instructions on behalf of key insurer clients.

- Previous experience: Sound and practical experience of handling RTA litigated files.
Specialist technician in RTA work.
The successful candidate should be able to recognise cases with a technical bias and be comfortable in dealing with litigated RTA claims. Duties involve:
- Formulating initial and ongoing Strategy
- Drafting reports confirming Strategy and agreeing the most suitable approach with the client.
- Undertaking negotiations with Third Party Solicitors.

- Have complete knowledge of litigation, the CPR Rules and Court procedures.
