You will cover a range of insurance and non-insurance fraud disputes, with an focus on motor and organised frauds. You will work closely with intelligence analysts and use cutting edge technology in fighting fraud. Key duties include:
- Acting on behalf of a range of insurance companies and self-insured commercial organisations.
- Running a full caseload of suspected fraudulent claims.
- Carrying out investigations
- Attending and appearing at court and pre-trial meetings
- Working with existing clients, growing new business and maintaining relationships
- Drafting of all legal documents and client advice.

The team is looking for a talented and technical Solicitor with an established career in fraudulent claim handling. You will be suited to this role if you have:
