The established RTA multi track team of this top national firm is looking for an experienced fee earner to handle mostly multi track with some complex fast track work. The caseload is a mix of delegated and non-delegated authority matters with reserve values of up to £100,000. The role would suit any candidate with proven multi track experience as well as those with more of a fast-track background looking to take a step up.

- Previous experience: Solid litigated RTA experience. Candidates should have some exposure to multi track work though the firm is willing to develop those with a fast-track background.

The successful candidate should be able to handle more technical RTA cases. Cases will mostly involve personal injury with some credit hire. Candidates should be comfortable in dealing with multi-track work, though those with solid fast track experience are also being considered. Duties involve:
- Managing a mixed caseload of RTA typically valued between £25k – £100k, the majority of which are litigated
- Assessing and advising on liability and quantum
- Devising strategies
- Working with mix of insurer and corporate clients
The team acts for a number of the firm’s top clients including a number of national brands operating in the logistics and leisure sectors.
