About the Role
Join an established multi-track RTA team, dealing with high-value personal injury and credit hire cases. The role is client-focused, working with insurer and corporate clients, including major brands in the logistics and leisure sectors. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a litigated caseload of RTA claims typically valued between £25,000 and £100,000.
- Handling a mix of delegated and non-delegated authority matters.
- Assessing liability, advising on quantum, and devising effective litigation strategies.
- Providing top-tier legal advice to insurer and corporate clients.
Skills Required:
- Multi-track personal injury experience (preferred)
- Strong understanding of RTA litigation
- Proven ability to manage high-value cases
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
