Legal Counsel – Private Credit – London
This global long-term investment group are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lawyer to join its Legal Division in London. In this role, you will partner with market-leading Private Credit deal teams to execute global private credit transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise deal teams throughout transaction stages, including grid and term sheet negotiation and long-form documentation.
- Collaborate with top international and local law firms on legal matters and investment activities.
- Provide occasional support in credit restructuring negotiations.
- Lead knowledge-sharing sessions with legal teams and business units.
- Contribute to team collaboration and global projects.
Technical Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor/attorney with 3-7 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Expertise in lender-side Private Equity LBO financing or credit restructuring.
- Strong knowledge of debt products such as unitranche facilities and subordinated loans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
