The IT Development team is looking for an experienced .NET developer to take up a crucial lead role within the department. Our client has been established for over 50 years and is one of the country’s leading law firms with offices throughout the UK. They advise a range of clients on a vast range of matters.
The team is responsible for the development of key commercial products within the business, which are made available internally as well as to the firm’s blue chip client base. The team uses agile methodology automated testing and automated release as well as languages such as:
- C#
- .NET
- SQL Server
- CSS
- HTML
- iQuery
- REST APIs
The team also uses tools such as Selenium and JIRA.
Technical excellence with a practical approach
Applicants should have strong technical experience including strong front-end and back-end coding skills as well as having gained experience of the software development life cycle.
Applicants should also possess strong ‘soft skills’ such as communication and leadership skills. The role requires leading a more junior team of developers as well as liaising with stakeholders at all levels within the firm.
