- Previous Experience: Demonstrable experience in all main Motor Fraud work & fraud types
The role in brief
This role is based within the Counter Insurance Fraud Team of a major law firm. The role predominantly involves investigatory work and profiling where instances of possible fraud are flagged on a given matter or file.
You will be required to identify appropriate and relevant intelligence that will assist in the decision-making process required for the resolution of cases. Other duties will include:
- Compiling reports/profiles on individuals and groups involved in suspected fraudulent activity.
- Delivering briefings to lawyers and clients on key facts relating to specific investigations
- Preparing witness evidence
- Working to billable targets

- Ability to draft comprehensive and professional reports.
- Commercial awareness.
- Communication skills and a good telephone manner.
- Confidence and an ability to liaise with clients/customers
