IT Infrastructure Analyst – Our client is a leading national and international law firm advising private sector companies and public sector organisations all over the UK and abroad. Their growing IT team is undergoing an exciting period of change and development, involving in particular a vast upgrade and investment in their systems across their IT network as well as numerous projects designed to sharpen their IT capabilities and ultimately give their lawyers and the firm a competitive edge in the legal market.
Role and responsibilities

- Salary: to £44,000
- Reports to: IT Infrastructure Manager
- Previous Experience: Strong understanding and previous experience of VMware management and maintenance coupled with an understanding of Microsoft Server technologies and associated services. General troubleshooting experience as well as an appreciation of disaster recovery technologies. Previous experience working in a law firm may be beneficial, but is not crucial.

An integral part of the team
This opportunity offers a myriad of responsibilities: everything from BAU to helping to support and deliver larger, engaging projects across the firm’s national and international network.
The successful applicant will be an integral part of the infrastructure team in maintaining the firm’ existing IT infrastructure. You will also work closely with the IT Service Desk function helping them to find solutions to more complex issues. Furthermore, the role also offers the chance to work with the firm’s PMO function and gain invaluable experience helping to deliver cutting edge projects.
