Working In The Team
This is a well established and well-respected team who act for a wide range of insurers in relation to a variety of industrial disease claims.
The successful applicant will handle a wide variety of Employer’s Liability & Public Liability Disease claims including respiratory and lung disease, skin disease, vibration injuries and occupational cancer, including asbestos-related diseases.
The firm boasts an impressive client base, including insurers, reinsurers, TPAs, local authorities, and corporates. Experience in disease claims is highly desirable.

The firm are looking for experience personal injury or civil litigators, ideally with a background in disease claims or Employers liability claims.
