Team wishing to attract candidates with real passion for this area of law

Those who have completed a seat in this area and have experience of areas such as social care, inquest work, judicial review, the Mental Health Review Tribunal and the Court of Protection should certainly apply.

However, this is a very niche discipline so the team will certainly consider strong candidates with a demonstrable passion for this area of law. All applicants should demonstrate strong academics and a real aptitude for grappling with technical and often nuanced legal concepts.
