RTA Fast track Fee Earner – Greater Manchester 

RTA Fee Earner / Paralegal – This fast-track team is looking to attract a new recruit with proven experience. This is a fast paced and vibrant team offering great training and fantastic career progression. The successful candidate will be encouraged to build their own caseload of mostly fast track with some small claims work.

A key part of this role is the career progression on offer. The successful candidate will benefit from structured supervision designed to help staff move up through the team when they are ready. Colleagues from this team have moved into other areas such as complex injury and complex subrogated loss. As such, it is a fantastic entry point into the firm.

• Salary: £23,500 – £30,000
• Reports to: Team Leader
• Previous Experience: Previous fast track RTA and / or small claims. Candidates with claimant or defendant experience will be considered. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of quantum.
