Employment Solicitor – Senior Associate / Legal Director
Location: Leeds or Newcastle
Working arrangements: Flexible working opportunities considered
Salary: to £90,000
We have been instructed on an exciting opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor at Senior Associate or Legal Director level. The successful candidate may be based in any of the firm’s regional offices including Leeds or Newcastle.

Snapshot of the role
The successful candidate will:
- Advise a broad client base, including company owners and managers, HR professionals, in-house lawyers, public and private sector organisations, senior employees and executives
- Advise on employee relations matters, including disciplinary proceedings and grievances
- Manage Employment Tribunal cases, including whistleblowing and discrimination claims
- Advise on dismissals, redundancies and business restructurings
- Support corporate transactions and advise on TUPE matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to business development and the growth of the employment practice
The role offers the opportunity to advise a broad range of clients, develop strong internal and external relationships, supervise junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
