✅ 4+ PQE Employment Solicitor (Senior Associate or Legal Director level)
✅ Strong respondent experience from a top employment team
✅ NHS or public sector exposure (preferred, not essential)
✅ Excellent tribunal advocacy, negotiation, and client care skills
✅ Commercial mindset and ambition to progress
