The role
The team provides advice and acts on all aspects of reputation management, dispute resolution and engagement with the media for high net worth corporate clients and w provides a solid and diverse caseload including:
- Obtaining or defending urgent injunctive relief
- Advising on obligations under data protection legislation
- Crisis reputation management, including defamation and privacy complaints
- Harassment claims
- Defamation and malicious falsehood claims
- Obtaining court restrictions in ongoing or anticipated court proceedings
