Key Responsibilities
- Caseload Management: Handle a variety of pre-litigated EL/PL and property damage cases.
- Team Leadership: Help lead, mentor, and manage junior fee earners within the team.
- Client Relationships: Oversee key client relationships, particularly in the leisure and retail sectors.
- Operational Support: Assist the Team Leader with day-to-day operations and management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in casualty EL/PL. Any property damage experience is useful but is not absolutely necessary.
- Experience working within a defendant or claimant background in insurance litigation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to mentor junior staff.
