Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive – Credit Hire & Motor Claims
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or CILEX qualified fee earner to join a highly regarded Credit Hire & Motor Claims team. Acting for a broad range of insurer and corporate clients, the team handles all aspects of credit hire and vehicle damage disputes, providing strategic advice and litigation support across a varied and technically challenging caseload.
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £50,000

You will manage your own caseload of litigated credit hire and damage claims while working closely with experienced colleagues on complex and strategically important matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of litigated credit hire and vehicle damage claims from instruction through to resolution
- Advising insurer and corporate clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy
- Ensuring files progress proactively & identifying and managing risk and compliance issues appropriately
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering excellent levels of service
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with litigation rights
- Experience handling credit hire and vehicle damage claims, Candidates with broader motor claims or civil litigation experience alongside credit hire exposure are also encouraged to apply
- Able to manage a busy caseload independently
