Real mix of work spanning RTA, EL/PL and Fraud
Our client is a respected defendant personal injury firm and an established player in the insurance litigation market, acting for a raft of household name insurance companies as well as self-insured companies.
The work undertaken by the various personal injury departments ranges from fast track RTA to complex multi track EL/PL and other areas such as Fraud.
Due to the growth of the Costs team a role has arisen for a Costs Negotiator with sound experience of costs budgeting to pick up an existing costs caseload.
Claimant as well as defendant experience considered
The role is best suited to a Costs Negotiator who is used to handling a variety of work. They should also ideally come from a defendant personal injury background. However, our client is committed to accepting applications from a range of backgrounds and is therefore prepared to consider cost candidates with claimant costs experience as well as more junior costs candidates, who wish to expand the type of costs work they are exposed to.
