Costs Solicitor / Legal Executive / Experienced Paralegal – The growing costs team of this Manchester-based defendant insurance litigation firm is looking to hire a Costs Negotiator to handle an exciting mix of work – everything from RTA to EL/PL Casualty work; from fast track to multi track and even catastrophic work.

Our client is a leading defendant insurance litigation firm with a national presence. They act for a large number of household name insurers as well as a growing number of self-insureds and have built a first-class reputation in personal injury over the years.
They are currently looking to further expand their presence in Manchester and are in the process of growing their Costs team which is fed work from a number of personal injury departments across the firm including RTA and EL/PL. The way the team is structured allows fee earners to gain access to a broad spread of work including multi track and catastrophic work. There is also the opportunity to develop your advocacy experience.
BROAD RANGE OF WORK WITH OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVOCACY
Broad spread of experience whether drafting bills of costs and costs budgets or negotiating and settling costs matters. Technical ability is paramount. There is also the opportunity to gain exposure to advocacy work.
The successful candidate will manage a broad and varied caseload including higher value, complex work.
