The team acts for an impressive client base ranging from high-growth businesses and management teams through to major corporates, financial sponsors and household-name brands. Lawyers benefit from exposure to a broad mix of corporate work, with a particular emphasis on Private M&A transactions.
What to expect
Working closely with highly regarded partners and senior lawyers, you will:
- Advise on a broad range of corporate transactions, with a focus on Private M&A
- Act for corporates, investors, founders, management teams and financial sponsors
- Take a leading role in managing transactions and client relationships
- Enjoy significant client contact and responsibility from day one
- Support and mentor junior lawyers within the team
- Participate actively in business development initiatives and help grow the firm’s client relationships and market profile
What the team is looking for
Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with approximately 4-6 years’ post-qualification experience gained within a recognised corporate practice.
You should possess:
- Strong Corporate/M&A transactional experience
- Excellent technical and commercial judgement
- Experience managing client relationships and running workstreams
- A collaborative approach and strong team ethic
- An interest in business development and networking
- The ability to deliver practical, commercially focused advice
