This leading law firm, with a highly regarded corporate practice, is looking to attract a Corporate Senior Associate with expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity (PE).

- Position: Senior Associate – Corporate Solicitor

- Salary:75,000 to £105,000
- Reporting to: Partner
- Work Pattern: Hybrid (combining office and remote working)
- Experience: Circa 5 years PQE+ with M&A and Private Equity experience

Our client’s thriving corporate practice in Bristol offers an exceptional mix of M&A and Private Equity work. You’ll engage with both private and public sector clients. The team handles deals ranging from traditional M&A to more complex Management Buyouts (MBOs), Joint Ventures (JVs), and corporate advisory. You’ll also be involved in corporate reorganisation projects.
Who they are looking for
The ideal candidate is an experienced Corporate Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in M&A and Private Equity. You’ll have a proven track record and the ability to play an active role in Business Development (BD).
