Corporate Senior Associate London
The team handles a range of deals from traditional M&A to complex MBOs, JVs, PE deals, corporate advisory. They have also been involved in corporate reorganisation projects and general corporate advisory work.

- Work pattern: Hybrid
- Previous experience: 5 PQE + – Ideally a solid background in M&A work and Private Equity experience.

Our client has a thriving corporate offering in London focusing on an impressive spread of M&A and Private Equity work. Clients include public and private corporates as well as private equity investors. Particular sectors of focus are:
- technology and media,
- retail,
- insurance
- financial services.
The London office in particular is set to undergo some significant growth over the next 18 months or so. Despite contemporary challenges to the UK economy, a steady flow of work continues. Deal volumes are still predicted to remain resilient and our client is perfectly poised to take full advantage.
Who the Partners are looking for
The Partners are prepared to look broadly, but in a nutshell, they are looking for:
- an experienced Associate or Senior Associate
- minimum of 5 years PQE.
- Experience in broad spread of M&A and PE experience.
You will also be at the stage of your career where you will be taking an active role in BD. One of the key aspects of this role is that the team is looking for someone who can play an active role in helping to drive the team. Therefore, if you are currently in the corporate team at a reputable firm where you feel frustrated or ‘bottlenecked’ in terms of progression this may be a positive fit.
