Probate Litigation Solicitor – Manchester – This leading law firm in the North West have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor to join its renowned Contentious Trusts and Probate team. The team handles a variety of high-value and complex cases, and is recognised for its excellence by The Legal 500.
Job Title: Solicitor
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £58,000
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor (NQ-3PQE) with experience in contentious probate matters or a general litigation background with high court litigation experience and a strong interest in probate and trust litigation.
The Role
You will be representing claimants and defendants in IPFDA claims and validity challenges, including drafting legal documents, managing witness statements, and coordinating with counsel as well as requesting and interpreting medical records and advising on contested Estates.

- Capability to manage own caseload and support senior fee earners.
