This leading National law firm is seeking an experienced Construction Partner to join their Manchester office. With a strong track record in non-contentious construction, you will play a key role in driving the growth of their construction practice. Senior candidates with Contentious experience will also be considered.
Position Overview
You will be managing a team whilst managing relationships and agreements with clients and third parties, advising on all types of construction projects including commercial, retail, urban regeneration and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
• Provide expert legal advice on non-contentious construction matters
• Manage and oversee real estate development projects from inception to completion
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships to drive new business
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of construction lawyers
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the construction practice
