Compliance Officer – Bolton
Compliance Officer – Our client is looking to appoint their first, designated compliance officer to manage and take a pro-active approach to their compliance obligations. Reporting directly into the Board, this is an exciting role which will no doubt evolve and develop over time.

THE FIRST DESIGNATED COMPLIANCE ROLE
This role will be the first designated compliance role within the business. As a result, it has the potential to evolve and grow. The position will involve a broad range of compliance matters from GDPR, Health and Safety as well as financial compliance including ensuring FCA regulations are observed.
You will work directly with the CEO and Group Finance Director a well as other key stakeholders in the company, ensuring day-to-day compliance matters are managed. There will also be the opportunity to take the initiative and get involved in various compliance projects.
WHO ARE THEY LOOKING TO ATTRACT?
Ideally, they are looking for someone with a strong compliance background. Applicant with previous experience of working for a property asset management business are encouraged to apply as well as those from the financial services sector. However, the Board are keen to meet with candidates from a broad range of sectors and compliance backgrounds.
