THE ROLE – BROADER THAN EXTERNAL REGULATORY AND COMPLIANCE

The role is varied and relates to both internal and external compliance, covering the company’s own standards and requirements as well as those of external bodies. Because of the nature of the business, much of the regulatory and compliance matters have an asset management focus: primarily health & safety, fire risks, insurance, building regulations etc.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will help to support and improve general day to day operational efficiency across the group. In short, the role has the potential to expand and evolve with the business and the right individual will be afforded an opportunity to carve a key position within the firm with fantastic opportunities for progression.
