Credit Hire Fee Earner – This role sits in the complex credit hire team of this leading national firm with an unparalleled reputation in the market. The successful candidate will handle a pre-litigated non-delegated and delegated authority caseload of claims under supervision.

- Previous Experience: candidates should already have a solid appreciation of credit hire. They will also consider those with RTA experience as well as potentially from other areas. The team is looking for tactical strategic thinkers – the kind of litigators who can be fast tracked and developed to work on more complex matters.
Everything from complex & technical investigations to case strategy
Overall, the credit hire team consists of some 200 colleagues. However, you will work within the smaller complex credit hire team, handling more involved technical matters and working closely when new cases arise to develop strategy. You will have your own caseload as well as having the opportunity to assist fee earners on more high-value matters.
The cases will range from straightforward credit hire cases to suspected credit hire fraud matters and liability investigations as well as bodily injury. This is very much a technical fee earning role designed for fee earners who wish to hone their skills. It also offers access to the firm’s market-leading career progression and development platform which will be discussed thoroughly at interview.
What makes the role different, is the team are not simply looking for those with the ability to handle a high volume of credit hire matters: the cases undertaken by this team are complex and more individual.
