Commercial Solicitor – TMT/Life Sciences team – The top tier Technology group of this global law firm is looking to strengthen its commercial practice in Bristol with a focus on its life sciences client base They will consider candidates at associate level with 2 PQE or above. Newly qualified solicitors will not be considered for these opportunities.

This is an exceptional, well-established technology team that advises across a number of sectors with a particular focus on life sciences, advising clients at every stage of the product life cycle, from intellectual property issues, collaboration arrangements, commercialisation and supply chain and life cycle management.
Lawyers advise household names and blue-chip companies as well as other global operators working in this space. You will gain exposure to some of the most interesting and challenging commercial matters available.
Who should apply
- Candidates should have at least 2 PQE with proven experience in commercial contracts, Intellectual Property or TMT work
- You should also have a genuine passion for this area of law with a real interest in technology and innovation
- Drafting and negotiating commercial and technology documentation is a key part of the role. Candidates must be able to demonstrate proficiency in advising on outsourcing agreements collaboration arrangements You may also have experience of SaaS or development contracts
- Knowledge of, and/or experience in, the life sciences sector is preferred.
