Commercial Associate – London
This leading commercial team is looking for an experienced solicitor to join its highly regarded practice. Candidates are being considered at Associate level and must have 2 PQE or above. The Partners are ideally looking for candidates with experience in outsourcing and technology contacts as well as general commercial experience.

- Salary: £100,000 – £115,000
- Work pattern: Hybrid
- Previous Experience: Experience of drafting and negotiating commercial and technology documentation eg outsourcing agreements, telecoms agreements, SaaS or development and collaboration agreements. General commercial experience is also welcome.

Key requirements of the role
- 2 PQE + with experience in technology and outsourcing contracts eg BPO, IT etc
- Any exposure to TMT and fintech work is highly desirable. The team also handle work for a number of key clients in the retail and consumer space as well as business support services.
- Strong practical approach to achieving client goals and problem solving.
